Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping
We ship orders across Pakistan from Monday to Saturday.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.

Delivery time is 3–7 working days (remote areas may take longer).

Before dispatch, our team may contact you to confirm your order and address. If we are unable to reach you after 3 attempts, your order may be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or opened/used products.

If you receive a wrong, damaged, leaking, or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video.

After verification, ZAM Beauty will provide a replacement for the eligible product.

Claims made after 24 hours or without the required proof may not be accepted.
